Gcse results

I’m nervous about my GCSE results 🙃😬😶
I would recommend distracting yourself, because there is no point in worrying as there is nothing you can do about it now. I would recommend just trying to enjoy yourself and the freedom you have before sixth form/college.

Hey @s2lii3,

I would definitely agree with flowersinmyhair. It's completely understandable to be nervous about GCSE results, but you've done all you can at this point. Try to plan some activities to distract yourself - hang out with friends, watch your favourite TV shows or movies, maybe pick up a new hobby.

Whatever happens on the day, GCSE results don't define you. Most of the time, they're just an academic stepping stone on to something else. 🙂

Hope this helps,
Eve (Kingston Rep).

Hi, I was honestly in a similar situation, biting my nails out over my a level exam results this week, and here’s what I would recommend you do to de-stress a little:

. Put on a screen time blocker or app blocker to block news channels, social media, etc the night before so as not to be doomscrolling. Maybe place your phone somewhere out of sight and reach the night before.

. Watch something, listen to music, etc. Even an impromptu dance off/workout to help dissipate the stress!

I wish you the best of luck and please don’t worry too much about it, I know easier said than done but there are still options out there if it doesn’t turn out how you expected.
