Does retaking my 9709 as level affect my applications to Cambridge mathematics?
I’ve only got 86% on my summer 9709 p1 and s1 exam.to ensure that I get A star on my 9709 ,I’d like to retake my as level. So I’d like to ask if retaking affects my application and if it does, to what extent does it affect. Thanks

Yes and substantially. For Maths, Alevel should be relatively straightforward, the test is STEP. It’s not an absolute problem, but unless you breeze through the next year and STEP with ease and top grades, Cam maths probably isn’t the right course for you.
