Deferring on results day
I want to ask Queen Mary's if I can defer my entry and start medical school in 2026. Is it too late to ask on results day ? Has anyone been successful in doing something similar?

Hi @purplepanda167
I didn't do this specifically for Queen Mary's, but I did do this for my uni. I deferred my place after results day and the uni approved the deferral despite it being close to my start date in September.
Deferring places is usually at the discretion of the university itself, so every uni may be different. If you're planning on contacting the uni tomorrow to defer, they should be able to guide you on whether the deferral is possible.

You can call them and see what they say. Usually it should be no problem, but not sure if there's anything special for medicine.

Why would they want to contact Bradford for advice,
