Sticky £0.01 balance on SFE website

When I log into the website for viewing + managing student loan balance, I see £0.01 outstanding

My final repayment was a year or so ago, and a month or two after I remember seeing the balance reach £0 and it stayed there for a while. Then earlier this year I noticed the 1p was added. It could've been around 6 months ago, give or take

I don't remember receiving any confirmation that I had fully cleared my balance but I phoned in order to get an accurate quote for how much to send for my final repayment and assumed that would be the end of it

The SFE rep on Twitter said the final £0.01 was not payable and "the system was just catching up" but the balance is still there

Why/do I need to do anything? Thanks
