Hello!! We are 2nd and 3rd-year students looking for people to take over the other end of our lease ASAP. The move-in date is 8th September, and the tenancy runs for 12 months. You’ll be taking over an existing tenancy, so referencing will need to be completed quickly.

💷 Rent: £425 per month each (£1700 in total)
💡 Bills: £21 pppw or £90 per month each (unlimited water, gas, electric, and Wi-Fi)
💰 Deposit: Likely £425 (to be confirmed with the agent)
📅 First month’s rent taken: 1st September, then 8th of each month thereafter
