QMUL or UoN for Zoology

Hey,
I've got an offer from both Nottingham and Queen Mary for zoology. My Nottingham offer is a standard three year course and my offer from QMUL is a 4 year course (zoology with a year abroad). Im struggling to decide which one to accept as I like both universities. If anyone could give advice on things like which may be better for job prospects in the future or if either uni is better in terms of teaching style. Also, what is better in terms of accoms (im not concerned with the money but more the aesthetics of the accoms).
Any advice would be seriously appreciated
Thanks

Oh wow - what a great position to be in!

With a course like Zoology I expect there could be some really exciting niche avenues that you could go into. What I would do is focus lots on the course content in detail - how much module choice do you get on the course? How wide ranging are the modules you're able to choose? Which ones excite you more?

That's what you're spending 3 (or 4) years of your life doing.

Other questions - do Nottingham have a year abroad option with this course? If so it shouldn't be too difficult to switch onto that I imagine (caveat: technically they can say no, but I expect any uni to gladly take the money for a fourth year).

Would you prefer to live in Nottingham or London? I would take a look at the courses to see what they offer and what opportunities are at both. Nottingham has more green space if that is something that is important to you, which might make fieldwork a bit easier than at QMUL.

Hey,
I've decided on QMUL because it the course has a year abroad which I believe will give me lots of amazing learning opportunities. Also, with the costs associated with living abroad if needed I have the opportunity to stay home 2nd and final year to save money.
Thanks for all the advice!!
