Hi, my application is asking me to enter my National Insurance number again, but when I do, it says it’s already linked to a different account. I only have one NI number and one active application. I also changed my university and course this morning and that’s when i noticed the “incomplete action” for my NI number. Also, because i’m now staying at home instead of moving away, i’m worried about the amount of maintenance loan i’ll receive as i shouldn’t be getting the same amount if i was moving away, does this change automatically once it gets reassessed? as i put i was living with parents for each term. Please help, i’m SO stressed

Hi chxrlottewxrd,

The entitlement should reflect what you have entered as your living location on the course details section, if you have put 'living with parents' it would be assessed automatically for the parental rate of Maintenance Loan.

Regarding your National Insurance Number, is there a letter in the letters/emails section of your account at all that is asking you to confirm this?
