What are my best options to apply for graduate medicine with my UCAT and academics

Hey! I applied to gem last application cycle and didn’t get any offer. I retook the UCAT and got a 2030 (equivalent to 2748 last year) which is not amazing for graduate entry medicine but alright I think. Any ideas on where I should apply so my application is not wasted. I’ve also got a first class degree in biomedicine and A*s at Alevel.
