QMLU Internal Transfer

received my results today, and unfortunately, they did not meet my expectations. For context, I had been predicted A*AA and intended to study Law at university. However, I did not achieve my predicted grades or meet the entry requirements for my firm choice.

I have been accepted by my insurance choice for Law at another Russell Group university, but I am not particularly keen on attending there. Through Clearing, I secured an offer from Queen Mary University of London for a different course, though my real interest remains in studying Law.

When I contacted the admissions team, they explained that internal transfers into the Law faculty are considered on a case-by-case basis. Does anyone know how likely it is to transfer internally into the Law department under these circumstances?
