Durham college and accom confirmation

I think it’s just giving you information on the process of enrolment which is to follow. Have you had your college confirmed yet? If you have then they should shortly send you a username and password in emails to allow you to enrol and be able to set up emails and select any optional modules on Monday! Hope this helped xx

I havent had my college email me at all which is so weird im so stressed like did i not enrol properly?lmao

My friend also had Durham as her insurance and hasn’t heard anything yet so maybe they’re doing allocations in batches? I’m sure it’s nothing to worry about, I think we’re meant to hear back by 5th September which is less than a week away now. It’s super stressful and the uni doesn’t really help alleviate any of that but I’m sure it’s all gonna work out!!xx

Was Durham your firm? There seems to be loads of people in this position so I’m sure it’s nothing to worry about!! As far as I’m aware enrolment doesn’t begin until your college has been confirmed so that’s probably why.

Was the 'Before you Arrive' email last thing you received from durham before your college confirming your place or not??

I think even if reallocation happens it’ll just be nice to have confirmation of where we’ll be so we can also enrol too!! I’m sure wherever you get placed you’ll love, even if it is reallocation!

No but I really loved the look of Hilde Bede on the open day, and Thats where i actually needed to be ifkwim. One of my best friends of 10 years is going there too, so it would be so easy for us hahaha. Hopefully i dont get reallocated but yeah

Yeah durham was initially insurance for me and I switched to firm... hoping I don't get re allocated because I love john snow...

If it makes you feel any better, when John snow confirmed me they mentioned new accommodation so with the extra spaces it may mean you're less likely to be reallocated.

Ngl might mean less likely but it's in Ernest place which is MILES away from where I need to be...

still got nothing from Durham...

Wouldn't get anything on weekends since they seem to only operate during working hours Mon-Friday
