Childcare grant

I have applied for SFE .I received an email that they gonna pay me a maintenance loan , however they have not maintained anything about childcare grant .How it is work maybe when I start uny they automatically send me please explain me .Thank you

Here is a link to the SFE page on how to apply for your childcare grant :

It should have been a part of your main application for the student finance, then you should have been told about what evidence you need to submit. Have you done this already?

If not I would log into your SFE account and see if you have any outstanding tasks that need doing.

Here is another link on how they calculate the amount of money you will get and how it will be payed to you:

They didn't tell me anything about childcare grant at all .The only things they have asked me is that I have to show them a recent child tax credit or UC because I may be eligible for extra maintenance loan.Soni have apload the letter from child benefit.Whar shall I do please ?What is this extra maintenance loan?What about childcare,I believe I have applied for childcare because I sent them an original birth certificate or all my kids .
