Wanting to go vegan, need ideas

I'm thinking of going vegan, any ideas of some good vegan dishes to try?

Vitamin B12 supplementation is essential. 2000 microgrammes of Cyanocobalamin per week should be about the right dosage for a fully vegan young adult.

Check out the Marco White ratatouille recipe.

There's a Gordon Ramsay butter bean salad with mustard vinaigrette dressing and pitta bread croutons that you can alter to taste and change depending on what ingredients you have that's available. I'm struggling to find the link for it at the moment.

If you're OK with cheese for a vegetarian as opposed to vegan meal there's 3 more recipes I can point you towards...

As someone who was a pretty strict vegan and actually was in good physical health as a vegan, but stopped being strict about it for mental reasons. I must ask "why?"
What are your motives for becoming vegan?

First advice is a blood test. Before changing anything drastic about your nutrition, do a blood test, see if you have some tendency for deficiencies. Build your dishes accordingly. They should be balanced and nutrient.
Being a strict vegan is pretty hard.

I’m not vegan but there are good vegan channels on YouTube (from what I can see despite not having tried the recipes) such as:
Fitgreenmind
Theeburgerdude
Rainbowplantlife

etc I can’t name any others right now.
