Got off the phone with them geo+ econ and ppe was filled way before they got to my application so its done for me

So was it first come first served? Or are they reviewing applications? Did you receive a rejection or do they just not reply…

Cant remember what he exactly said but im certain its first come first serve. I haven’t received a rejection but he said both courses are filled up now.

Just got off the phone, the said my application is still pending, and that PPE is a very competitive course, so I should expect to receive a decision either today or tomorrow, but can’t guarantee.

I also asked if she thinks some offers have already been made for ppe clearing, she said ‘I presume some offers has been made’

Maybe what he means my ‘courses are filled up’ is that they aren’t accepting new applications for ppe, and they could just be reviewing applications already made? I’m just guessing

Because in the clearing application form on UCL website, I am still able to select PPE as a course

But that would be only for international students right? Do you think they’re waiting to see if any more international students would apply before giving those spots to home students?

Ahh okay i get it now, i called them again and the person said something similar. Think the last phone call was me losing my head or the person made it seem like they wont be considering anyone at all anymore haha. Good luck to everyone.
