University of Derby accomodation confusion

Hi everyone! As a disclaimer, I may well be being very stupid which is why I haven't emailed the actual student living team yet.
Im trying to book an arrival slot for September. After results day, I've been accepted into my program in the University of Derby, so I've gone to book my arrival slot as the website says to do. After logging into my student living account, I can see a button with 'accept offer 2025/2026', and that takes me to my previously completed contract for accommodation. There's a note at the end telling me to confirm and put in my student number (which I've already done, and can't edit now) and that will then take me to do my induction and book an arrival slot automatically. The issue is that I've already put in my student number, so I can't get to the stage where it takes me to book an arrival slot and do the induction.
I'm thinking I might just be early, but I'm not sure? I'm also wondering if I messed something up by accepting the offer too early.
Ideally I want to be able to get to wherever I need to be to book an arrival slot but I'm really not sure how to get there anymore. Can anyone help?

Hi, I will be a UON student in september but my first year is in Derby, I have accommodation booked in Derby but I am trying to get it taken over due to recent family circumstances, please let me know should you be interested or if you come across anyone who would be. I have already made the first payment so it would be included. Thanks.
