University of sheffield please help urgent

I had an unconditional offer from the University of Sheffield to study psychology (grades A* A* A) but last minute changed to a university closer to home because of anxiety. I had intended to apply back to Sheffield via clearing but I've checked and they are no longer accepting applications. I really want to be able to go and feel crushed now, especially given that it wasn't a problem with my grades and it was just that I was too anxious to make a decision. Is there anything I can do? Unfortunately a gap year isn't an option as I have just finished one and there is no way I can do it again
