Apprenticeship question

Got ACE in a levels with maths physics and computer science respectively. I want to get into an engineering or electrician apprenticeship but ideally engineering. I dont know if im just being delusional but i think i heard something about firms not caring about a levels that arent relevant to the course so i was hoping i wouldnt need to retake computer science and my other 2 grades would be enough.

Just wanted to know my options or if i should retake either physics or computer science or both for better grades.

It depends really - you might be able to get away with it potentially
CS you might want to try and retake if you think it'll be a barrier.
