SAAS Login Issue

Hi, just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if there's a fix.
I've just made an account on the SAAS website in order to apply for funding, however when I tried to log in afterwards, after numerous attempts it keeps saying I've entered information correctly even though I know for a fact I have not. Yes I've refreshed the page, I've tried to make a new account (wouldn't let me because of my NI number, obviously), I've tried to reset my password but it says my email isn't registered.
I've been trying for (not kidding) like an hour to fix this, and I literally made an account here right now to try and get help. I can't use the helpline because it's shut at this hour and I don't think it's open again until Monday.

Is there a way to fix this or am I just screwed? I'm really, really freaking out about this.
