Clearing course promised but now showing as unavailable, what should I do?

I applied to King’s College London through Clearing and spoke with someone from admissions who told me I was eligible for a place on the Liberal Arts course, and that my details would be transferred. While I was on hold, I requested a call back.

I never got the call back, and now the Liberal Arts course has disappeared from the KCL Clearing page. I’ve emailed them to confirm whether my transfer is still going ahead and if I can still get the place.

Has anyone else experienced this with KCL Clearing? If a course disappears after they’ve told you you’re eligible, is it still possible they’ll honour it?

I’m feeling severely depressed as I don’t currently have a secure place. I’ve recently been diagnosed with AuDHD, and since starting medication I’ve been able to study far more effectively. I really don’t want to lose this opportunity.
