Goodricke flats - are there lifts in the 5 floor buildings?

My daughter has had her accommodation application for Goodricke ensuite confirmed - does anyone know if the taller buildings have lifts?

hi! there are a couple of tours on the york student union YouTube and they do use a lift when touring some of the accommodation at goodricke, so i think so! i’d check them out yourself just to check 🙂 i’m also in ensuite and goodricke so have done my research !

AI said there were lifts, but couldn't find anything on the links it used, or the York website (so assume AI was maybe hallucinating) - this is a concern because my daughter has mobility issues and a top floor flat could be too much for her. We went to York yesterday to look and there seem to be lifts in some blocks but no others. Campus was so quiet, city not so much.

I see moving in date was confirmed over the weekend and is Friday 12th September. Will email the accommodation folks to see if they know which floor she is on.

Can't believe its only 3 weeks to move in!
