University of Sunderland , City campus Student accommodation
Hi , I’ve been offered a place through clearing on the MPharm course at the university and have been trying to look for reasonably priced accommodation close to the city campus.
Does anyone have any recommendations of accommodation or websites where I can look?

If you're not going for uni student accommodation, try the following:
SAS - uber traditional 'student-y' accommodation, have some great loft flats and the like, the dining chairs might not match, but typically cheaper and less hyperfixated about the off scratch here and there re the damage deposit (but obviously look after the place) - pretty reliable with repairs too in my experience

Hackett - all look pretty much the same, white walls, light wood kitchen, typical 'modern student' look. Super comfortable and occasionally even a little stylish. Typically more expensive, super specific about acceptable wear and tear, can be slow with repairs

You should also check some of the student blocks all over the city - they're basically private halls of residence, and sometimes come with resources that might take the edge off other expenses, like having a cinema room or their own private free gym.
Most places will either include, or have the option to include, all your major utilities - it's almost always worth it - knowing you're always going to have heat, hot water, and wifi is a godsend for students
You have a whole bunch of options tbh, Sunderland is pretty geared up for students, and living expenses are very reasonable in general
