Adult nursing prep

Hi everyone :smile:

I start my adult nursing at Essex uni in September, I have never worked in health care and the nerves are starting to kick in!

Can anyone recommend some books/readings for me to start doing before? Or any other prep that would be beneficial to start doing?

The main prep you need to do is to get a durable, comfortable pair of shoes for placement (Clarks or Sketchers tend to be the main go-tos).

(I got myself all stressed about a&p, and really didn't need to have done)
