Movement across universities
Hello, I am currently about to do a banking and finance (foundation) year course in MMU and was wondering if it would be to possible to move across to a different uni after doing the foundation year ?

You would have to contact the universities you are interested in to see if they would accept your foundation year at MMU.

This is a great questions!
This varies across universities, so you would have to inquire directly. It may be worth dropping an email to the admissions team of the universities you may look to apply for. Make sure to mention the foundation year you are currently doing and what course you are interested in at their university.

Sorry to hear you're thinking about moving on.
If you've got any questions or need signposting to any support, please get in touch with our Student Hub and and they will be able to advise. I would also advise speaking with your Course Tutor as it may be possible to change your linked degree at Manchester Met rather than continue onto the Banking and Finance degree. The Student Hub will also be able to advise on this.
If you're sure you want to transfer to a different uni, you would need to contact them as they can advise whether you can transfer to them with your foundation year and whether it's possible to still apply for the next intake.
