tenancy takeover needed in Swansea

This is a tenancy takeover over at Seren for a classic studio; all bills are included in the rent. The lease is for 51 weeks, starting on the 6th of September 2025 and ending on the 28th of August 2026. The weekly rate is 179.*I need the person interested to sign the contract as soon as possible so I don't lose my other place. I am willing to cover a portion of the rent and make the weekly rate 170.
