Can I switch from a pharmaceutical science degree to a MPharm degree

I didnt quite meet the grades to study pharmacy at sunderland university so I decided to apply to pharmaceutical science instead at the same uni through clearing. I was initially going to pick the one with an integrated foundation year, but got given the normal 3 year without the foundation year because my grades meet the requirement (96 points). However i just found out that if I did the foundation year I would've been able to switch to pharmacy if I successfully completed the foundation year. I would like to know if im still able to switch to pharmacy even with the normal 3 year pharmaceutical science course.
