Hey!
For physics past papers are going to be your best friend as they really get you used to the style and wording that the SQA like to use, and see what would be an acceptable answer. The best past paper resource oat is these hyperlinked one: Hyperlinked Past Paper Questions as it splits past paper questions up to their corresponding key area. I would also highly recommend using flashcards, especially when it comes to definitions and the Standard Model in Particles and Waves.
If you have an achieve account through your school the summaries that they provide are quite good, but personally the test questions weren't for me because they do not tell you why your answer is wrong.
I would also highly reccommend the bbc bitesize quizzes: Higher Physics - BBC bitesize

Wishing you the best of luck with your physics journey
