York university - room swap
I am currently in Halifax (St Lawrence) and would like to switch to Vanbrugh (Fairfax House) due to catering. If anyone is interested please let me know.

Really sorry but since I’m on a tight budget I’m trying to go for a cheap accommodation hence why I’m going for Fairfax

Congratulations on your places at York! I'm sorry that you're not happy with the room you've been allocated, that's really frustrating.
As well as posting here, you could also join our 2025 Undergraduate Freshers' Facebook group, and post there to try and find someone to swap rooms with. When you join the group, you'll have to answer all four membership questions, otherwise your application will be declined. If it is declined, you can always apply again, but it’s better for everyone if it goes smoothly the first time! 😀
