Do I need to accept my offer?

I chose at course at Sussex as my firm choice and didn't choose an insurance. UCAS track says that my place is confirmed, is there anything more I need to do to accept it? I haven't received an acceptance letter from the Sussex so idk :/

You do not need to do anything because it automatically confirms your place once you have been offered it. If you have any questions about Sussex, I may be able to answer because I have studied there!

I've applied for media, arts, and humanities with a foundation year but admissions emailed me about changing to a course starting Year 1 instead so hopefully I'll be studying media and communications! What did you study?
