Hi I’m looking for a replacement student for my Leeds Uni accomodation ensuite room with a double bed.
It's called North Hill House, it's a short walk to the campus (approx 15-20 minutes) or is on a regular bus route. It's between the University campus and Headingley and is right next to James Baille(a very socialbale accom).
You'll share 1 kitchen with washer/dryer, lounge.
It’s £6906.06 totalfor the 2025/2026 year.

Hi yes it is, what’s the best way to contact you I don’t mind and are you a Uni of Leeds student as I can only accept request from them otherwise the uni won’t authorise the tenancy takeover
