Hi there, are you applying for 2025 or 2026 entry? Have you been to visit both universities? What did you like/dislike about each university/course? Were there any others on your shortlist?

Great to hear you're considering Manchester Met for interior design. If you've not had a look already, it's worth looking at our Manchester School of Art course webpage - definitely worth a read: BA (Hons) Interior Design. If you're thinking of applying for 2026 entry, then I'd definitely recommend coming to one our undergraduate open days this Autumn. Great opportunity to have a look round the School of Art facilities, chat with the academics and current students, and take a tour round our campus so you get a real feel for it. You can book onto our open days here.

Check that there is a sensible work-placement to give your graduate CV some credibility - otherwise you will be just another grad with a pretty art degree and 'no relevant experience'.
