Clearing advice

Hello!
I am going through clearing and was emailed by leeds (uni of, where i’m going) saying they didn’t have my GCSE results on my ucas application and they asked if i can send my certificates over. I don’t have my GCSE certificates anymore and I think i was so focused on a levels i forgot about needing them so now I have to order more which says can take up to 20 days.
Since i’m a clearing student it means i need accommodation which can only be done once they accept my offer on ucas so i can apply to the clearing accommodation hub on their website. Even after 20 days do you think they will accept my offer still and there will be accom left? I am so stressed! I don’t want to have missed out because i forgot about my GCSE certificates.

I'm not at the University of Leeds so unfortunately, I can't speak for them. However, I am staffing the clearing lines at York St John University. I've checked in with our admissions team, who have said that in this circumstance, we would ask your secondary school to email us directly with your grades, and we would accept this in the meantime to get you into our system and sorted with accommodation, while you wait for your new certificates to arrive. My advice is to call back the University of Leeds' clearing line or admissions team, and ask if this could be a potential workaround while you wait!
