My firm choice is still showing waiting for confirmation and I hold an offer from a uni for clearing and the deadline for confirmation is today! But hotline isn’t open what shall I do?
I did use the chat with us option for my clearing choice and I’ve said through chat that my firm hasn’t declined me yet, and the expert said that they can extend my offer to Monday but I’m worried that they haven’t.

If you have phoned your firm and know why they haven't confirmed your place yet, you can call UCAS on Monday and ask them to release you into Clearing. Call your Clearing offer uni first though to make sure they will hold your place.

I tried to phone but there 120 people in line and I emailed got no reply

Try to phone your firm again in the morning as UCAS will need confirmation from you that you know why no decision has been made yet before UCAS will release you into Clearing. The lines shouldn't be as busy now.

Thank you! I’m just a bit worried about my clearing offer, I’m worried that they’ve already withdrawn it

The only thing you can do is call your Clearing offer uni first thing tomorrow to get confirmation that they will hold your offer for you while you phone your firm and UCAS. I would hope they would be sympathetic as it is not your fault that you are in this position. Do let us know how you get on.

I hope you've heard back now, and I'm sorry you have been experiencing uncertainty!

If you haven't heard back yet, please remember that Clearing remains open and there are always back-up options. There are also lots of ways to contact universities, whether it's WhatsApp, through the website, social or on the phone.
