Question About STEP re-marking

I sat STEP at the end of year 13 without a Cambridge offer.

I'm a Computer Science applicant planning on re-applying next year. I ended up getting high 2s in both papers (missing the boundary for a 1 by 5 marks and 3 marks in S2 and S3 respectively). Does anyone have any experience with the re-marking process or any other advice.

Thanks

Assuming they haven't changed since I sat it a few years ago, every STEP question is marked twice independently with the results compared so it's likely that it has, in a way, already been remarked. Only if there was a serious procedural error e.g. whole questions are missing would it likely change it.
