Different work experiences

Hi guys just finished a-levels with BBCB in Law, Business, Maths and AS psychology. Going on gap year and unsure of what I want to do in my future. I feel like I want to own my own business one day but want to get a career first. Used to thing finance or law but unsure. Does anyone know sort of work experiences I can do during my gap year to try different sectors. Preferably something more realistic of day to day life then something like spring pod would show. Thank you.
