Room Available To Take on In Manchester

Circumstances have changed and I’m looking for someone to take on my room in Fallowfield, Manchester.
5 bedroom flat with all other rooms occupied by 2nd year students (all are boys) who study at both Uni of Manchester and MMU.
All other boys are friendly and clean and comfortable with meeting new people.
Room is £150 pw with bills not included and no bills package has been signed for yet.
