Durham Student ID Photo Upload

Does anyone know how long this usually takes to get approved/rejected (I'm assuming it's done manually)? I uploaded a photo a few days, but the section is still showing as incomplete for enrolment so I just wanted to check that I've done it correctly and that I'm not waiting for no reason. 😅

Relax. Same situation for all unis as they all have thousands new enrollments every year. Give them some time.

I just did mine today, and I'm not sure how often they actually reject a photo, but I'm slightly worried they will for mine!! I used a photo I already had and just input a white background. Was your photo totally profesh??

I did mine today and got an email saying it was accepted about half an hour later. i used an online photo editor to get the right amount of pixels so maybe if it's wrong amount of pixels they're taking longer to look at it?
