Cardiff Uni Accom Swap (looking for Taly court/Gate)

I received a room offer for Taly north, house V, normal en-suite( bigger than medium or small)

Anyone with Taly Court or Gate looking to swap as I enjoy nights in and don’t drink.

North has a better social life (more pres and house parties) also NEXT to sports centre
Easier shopping as 5min walk to Tesco, Greggs, subway
15 min walk to big Aldi/ puregym
Save around £500 on rent

I stayed in Taly North in first year, as someone who also doesn't drink and prefer nights in - if you wanted any advice, I'm happy to offer some! The Residence Life Team is also there to provide support and advice for when you move in.

Otherwise, I recommend contacting the Residences Team at [email protected], as it is possible to enquire about any available rooms, in the case of last minute drop outs.

Hello!! If you’re worried about the money I’ve got Roy Jenkins Hall which is a LOT cheaper than Taly North. It is shared bathroom however it would be more suited for you if you don’t drink and like nights in. I will do anything to have your room I’m more of a party person and love going out so it’s my perfect accom. Please do get in touch :smile:
