Can I still get 3 A*s if I start revision in September of year 13?

In my year 12 mocks, I got A*AB, and I haven’t been working hard at all over the summer or revising properly in year 12 at all.
Is there still a chance of getting my desired grades if I actually start working in September?

I think so, I was stuck on As and Bs at the beginning of year 12 but really locked in for a couple of weeks for mocks and ended up with three A*s. Obviously it’s harder in year 13 but once you find out what revision strategies work for you and get to know the exam a little, it gets a lot easier to gain more marks.
If you are planning to consistently revise in year 13 then there’s no way you won’t get the grades. Just remember to self test regularly so you know what you are doing is working
