Metalworks Offer Holders
Hey,
I've read what happened last year with people who got into metalworks, it's not great.
Tenancy starts on the 14th, but unlike last year, we're not missing freshers week because it's starting on the 15th.
It is £3100 more than I put as my max price, which is long but we're just going to have to deal with it, I guess we get ensuite and it is really nice and new, but I was trying to get into Manor Hall.
We can't get another room, it's this or private accommodation.

yeah i just got it as well my only offer. The only problem seems to be the distance to campus but i guess on bike or bus its calm. Rooms do look very nice though probably why the price is pretty high. Just gonna have to make it work ig

Yeah we don't get a free bus pass which is ridiculous for the price. Apparently it's not a 37 minute walk, there's loads of shortcuts
