Hi everyone,I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a en-suite at Godiva place .It’s in a fantastic location ; just a short walk to both Coventry city centre and the university, with plenty of shops nearby.

• Tenancy Ends: 18/12/2025
• Availability: I’m hoping to move out as soon as someone takeover .
