Clearing unsuccessful at Queen Mary uni

Hi everyone, I really have a problem with my application at Queen Mary. I received an verbal offer with an email confirmation but when I applied through clearing on UCAS but it was unsuccessful and there is no reason for it. I applied once more because I have the email which confirms that I have been offered a place. Did this happen to anyone else and what’s should I do ?

Call the Clearing hotline and ask for clarification as to the issue.

Yeah that’s the first thing I’m gonna do in the morning but I just worried that I won’t go to qmul even though I got the confirmation through email and everything.
