What scores do I need to get in GCSE for a vetinary job?

Higher grades are preferable to lower ones, the subjects that they will care most about are English Language, Maths and sciences. I would look at university websites seeing what GCSE grades they require for veterinary medicine. They care much more about your A-level grades and the supercurricular activities you do around your studying. What A-level subjects are you planning to study?

I'm honestly not sure as I'm just going into year ten this year and haven't even decided on a university yet

I would just try and focus on doing well. The GCSE requirements will be pretty consistent between universities. I would recommend looking at a few universities on the UCAS website to get a feel for what their GCSE requirements are, as well as there A-level requirements as I think these will help guide you most.
