— No smoking, no pets, couples welcome, LGBTQ+ friendly, students only, no gender preference - current housemates are two girls + two boys, all UoM students but UoM/MMU welcome

There are four of us but we need a fifth housemate for the full year - please reach out for current videos/photos as they can't be attached here. Fully furnished in Victoria Park, 25-30 min walk, 15 min walk to shops and close to bus stops
