I want to get into Construction Project Management in the future. But at the time i picked the course i chose architecture. And i got into university of westminster. I’m not sure if it’s worth resitting and choosing a different university and course. Or should i just grind out internships and stay.

What A levels have you got? I'd be looking at Construction PM programmes in Clearing, I'd have thought you'd get into much better institutions and you'd get a more relevant degree. I suspect an Architecture degree is going to take you in the wrong direction, or at least contain a lot of irrelevant material.
