Remarking

I got my june 2025 papers, For eco, I am 4 raw marks on paper 2 to get an overall grade of an A, should I consider sending for a remark? I feel like I was undermarked in my 20 marker and my 14 marker, so just two marks on each can increase my grade.

Did you ask for a copy of your paper back so you can see what you actually wrote? Sometimes what you remember writing and actually wrote are two different things (yes I have experience).
You should ask yourself, do you NEED this A grade?
If not, I wouldn’t spend the money just for the sake of pride. If your mark changes, then yes you will not be charged. However, if you don’t need it for uni or job related stuff, I wouldn’t bother.
After I got my degree, I didn’t even bother putting down my A Levels on my job applications as they aren’t needed.
If you absolutely need it, go for it but if not, is it worth the cost of remarking it for the sake of pride?

i did receive my script back, and there are essays where I feel i was harshly marked and under marked. I kinda need this grade cause Eco is what I am planning to major in st uni so I need to show I excel in this subject. If i get A rn then it’ll be easier for me to boost up my grade A2 and get an A*

If you just completed your As level papers, I would go to your teacher and ask if they believe you were unfairly marked as they can provide an unbiased view of the mark. That way you can potentially save the cost of a remark if your grade doesn’t change.
However, if these are A2, I’d go for it.
