Mail from ISC.RTS - Unable to login
Hey guys, so I just received a mail for an RTS check from ISC.RTS. The mail has a link that takes me to the enrolment page, but I can't seem to login; i'm using the same address that I did to login to my CAS shield, but it gives me an error. Am I supposed to login with a student email? Because I haven't been given any login details from the uni. Kinda confused. If anyone's gone through this and had it sorted, please let me know!

Yes! I had the same issue in the morning, but 30 minutes ago i received another email about enrollment, although it was the same page as the one from RTS email now it seems to work( i've put the email and a password and when I clicked login it took me to create a password)

I'm glad it got sorted out for you! Are you using the same login credentials as those for your CAS shield? I got the 2nd mail too, but no success yet. I've reached out to the social media team hoping it gets sorted....

I’m not sure what CAS is, but yes, I used the same email I’ve been using to communicate with the university.
