Epq help!!!

I'm not sure what EPQ topic to do I want to do medicine at uni, at the moment I'm thinking of doing this : To what extent should individual doctors be held responsible when harm results from wider systemic failures?
Is this any good? If you have any suggestions this would be great!

I think you will need to be more specific (e.g. a specific specialism of doctors or a specific type of systemic failure). How would you measure the extent? I think it could work but you need to be specific, just in terms of the time you will have to complete the EPQ.
