🎓Welcome Week 2025 : Your First Step into Uni Life!

If you're starting at City St George’s, University of London this September, Welcome Week is where it all begins!

What is Welcome Week?
It’s your official introduction to university life, packed with activities, social events, course inductions, and key info sessions. It usually takes place during the first week of September (you’ll get a full schedule closer to the date).

🏙️ At our Clerkenwell or Moorgate Campuses:
Expect student union events, icebreakers, and Club City night. You’ll also meet your department, get your student ID, and explore societies at the Freshers Fair. Discover key buildings like College Building, Tait, Drysdale, and the Northampton Square Library, led by current Student Ambassadors.

🏥 At our Tooting Campus:
You’ll join induction sessions for Healthcare Science and other health-related courses, take part in fun socials like quiz nights and mixers, and get set up with an overview of placements, DBS checks, NHS login setup, and Occupational Health appointments (vaccinations, health clearance).

Why You Shouldn’t Miss It:

Meet your course-mates & flat-mates.

Join societies and sports teams

Learn how to use university systems (like Moodle & library services).

Get to know the local area: cafes, transport, cheap eats, etc.

Settle in before lectures officially start.
