Sent off my pff2 form

I sent of my pff2 form, on the phone it said it will take at most 17-19 days, however on the site it says 4-6 weeks usually. I'm very confused? And I'm scared? I need it to be done asap

17 working days is the current estimated timescale for evidence to be processed from when we receive it. Due to this being our peak period however, timescales can change. You will be notified once this has been updated. Thanks, Jason
