I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Student Roost, Newarke Street, Leicester (LE1 5AJ). This is a perfect opportunity to live in a comfortable and convenient location.

Move-in date: Ideally 17th Sep 2025. However, if you'd prefer to move in earlier, you can do so from 30th Aug 2025, for an additional £50.
Tenancy end date: 22nd Aug 2026

1. £2610.71 due October 1, 2025 (covering September 17, 2025 - January 20, 2026)
2. £2777.57 due February 1, 2026 (covering January 20, 2026 - May 7, 2026)
3. £1777.57 due May 1, 2026 (covering May 7, 2026 - August 22, 2026)

⭐️About Your Future Flatmates
You'll be sharing with two mature and respectful female DMU students. The flat is kept clean and tidy, and we enjoy a peaceful living environment. No need to worry about random late-night parties or messy communal areas!

⭐️Why I'm Leaving
I've loved living here since Nov 2023, and we even invested in a new fridge/freezer to make the flat even better. I was planning to stay until graduation, but unfortunately, I've had to return to my home country and need to find someone to take over my tenancy.
