Advice on uni applications

I want to apply for economics + IR but I have only found 3 degrees that interest me in this discipline. Would I be disadvantaged to apply for econ+history or pure econ - based on having to tailor my personal statement accordingly

You wouldn't be disadvantaged, but it would take a bit more "creativity". Perhaps you could mention your interest in the economic aspects of both International Relations and History, so it reads as being relevant to each of those courses.
